In a recent major project, PJB re-piped a 45-year-old wing of our building, completely replacing the heating pipes and the domestic water piping in the renovated floor. We are pleased with the results and the tenants have now moved in with no complaints…

Our Auxiliary recently purchased our 123-year-old heritage building and we are working to bring the building back, as much as possible to its origins, while continuing to use it as our Thrift Shop. All revenue earned from the operation of the Thrift shop supports the Richmond Hospital and other healthcare programs in Richmond.

In the summer of 2012 the water pipes in our house were vibrating badly every time we used water. I called PJB Mechanical and Collin came out and quickly resolved the problem. So recently when one of our faucets began to drip, and the water was running non-stop in two toilets, I called PJB Mechanical again. Collin came out and quickly identified the problems. Despite the age of our toilets and taps Collin was able to quickly locate parts to use in the repair. Based on my experience I would recommend PJB Mechanical to anyone as they are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Thank you PJB Mechanical for great service!

I recently purchased a new natural gas bbq , I was surprised when the gas fitting wasn’t compatible with the outlet attached to the house. I called Paul at PJB and he arranged for someone to arrive the next day. Trevor showed up on time and attached the bbq in less than 1/2 hour! He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient!

PJB Mechanical was contracted to install a brand new high efficiency boiler and heating system as part of a multi-residential building renovation.
I found the staff to be responsive and helpful especially in preparing documents and submitting applications to obtain the $3,000 rebate from Fortis BC on the Efficient Boiler Program. They also followed up and made sure that we received the cheque.
