Technician showed up on time, was very friendly. Got right to work, explained exactly what he was doing. Got the job done quickly and was on his way. Kudos to Justin and to Janet, who took my initial call and booked the appointment!! Very satisfactory experience! I would highly recommend PJB to anyone in need of plumbing service.
Thank you for the prompt same day service. Your serviceman, Trevor was very good at his testing for the problem and sourcing major part required for our original home furnace. Trevor did an excellent overall installation repair job.
I have used PJB mechanical for over 15 years for all my emergency and regular maintenance work at my salon. I own a hair salon in Ladner called The Hair Shak. For 15 years we have always used Paul Bach for our plumbing needs.
PJB has always been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have also used them for my home needs. I had a flood 11 years ago and they replaced all my plumbing, boiler, toilets and bath tubs. They are very honest and experienced.

Matt and his team identified all of our drainage problems and acted in a very professional manner to locate the old drain and install new in addition to sealing a leaking garden faucet that had seeped water into the Kerrisdale parkade in addition to jetting all of our garden drains. We would definitely recommend PJB for any drainage related issues.
Everyone from PJB was professional, polite, hard working and very pleasant over the 3 or 4 visits.
I just wanted to thank you all for the fantastic service your company gave us during our kitchen renovation. We are writing this letter to provide our endorsement and recommendation of PJB Mechanical Ltd. Our company has utilized the services of ‘PJB’ for over 15-years.
We have no reservation in endorsing their firm. We advise that their crews are efficient and effective in helping us to maintain our portfolio of some 300 properties (including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment blocks, strata projects, industrial parks, etc.)
We would like to add that they are effective at solving complicated plumbing and mechanical system issues, and their response time and communication process has also been another appreciated quality.
Again, we would not hesitate to recommend the services of PJB Mechanical. Thank You.

Your crew is on-site today working on an improvement to our boiler system room venting. I just popped down there to say “Hello”. Interacting with those guys is like a breath of fresh air – professional, positive, clear communication, and obviously passionate about their craft/trade and contribution.
We have not had a single interaction with PJB that wasn’t excellent. They arrive on time, are courteous, explain important stuff, and clearly take pride in their work.
Having PJB as a true “partner” in our bank of contractors has been wonderful (esp. given the chaos of former outfits). PJB has fulfilled our critical checklist of what Stratford Gardens needed in a mechanical contractor.

PJB did a good job on fixing the clog in our sink. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended.
Please accept my thanks for your fast, wonderful service — I really appreicated Trevor. No doubt soon in the future I will need a new water heater. I will be sure to give you a call.
Trevor seems to understand our set up. He is most helpful and knowledgeable and always pleasant and polite.
