Your crew is on-site today working on an improvement to our boiler system room venting. I just popped down there to say “Hello”. Interacting with those guys is like a breath of fresh air – professional, positive, clear communication, and obviously passionate about their craft/trade and contribution.
We have not had a single interaction with PJB that wasn’t excellent. They arrive on time, are courteous, explain important stuff, and clearly take pride in their work.
Having PJB as a true “partner” in our bank of contractors has been wonderful (esp. given the chaos of former outfits). PJB has fulfilled our critical checklist of what Stratford Gardens needed in a mechanical contractor.

In the summer of 2012 the water pipes in our house were vibrating badly every time we used water. I called PJB Mechanical and Collin came out and quickly resolved the problem. So recently when one of our faucets began to drip, and the water was running non-stop in two toilets, I called PJB Mechanical again. Collin came out and quickly identified the problems. Despite the age of our toilets and taps Collin was able to quickly locate parts to use in the repair. Based on my experience I would recommend PJB Mechanical to anyone as they are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Thank you PJB Mechanical for great service!

I would like to express my appreciation for donating your services to fix the leaking toilet in our Thrift Shop.
Our Auxiliary recently purchased our 123-year-old heritage building and we are working to bring the building back, as much as possible to its origins, while continuing to use it as our Thrift Shop. All revenue earned from the operation of the Thrift shop supports the Richmond Hospital and other healthcare programs in Richmond.

I have used PJB mechanical for over 15 years for all my emergency and regular maintenance work at my salon. I own a hair salon in Ladner called The Hair Shak. For 15 years we have always used Paul Bach for our plumbing needs.

Plumbing and heating service is costly, there’s no way around it. But when you find people that are reliable, experienced and fairly priced, you add them to your speed dial. That is the case with PJB. I’ve worked with them for plumbing issues 3-4 times in the past year and they have always been awesome. Connie at their office is courteous, professional and will call if they are running behind so you don’t wait around all day. They were recommended to me by a tradesman who said PJB prices very fairly compared to Hillcrest and Milani.

Matt and his team identified all of our drainage problems and acted in a very professional manner to locate the old drain and install new in addition to sealing a leaking garden faucet that had seeped water into the Kerrisdale parkade in addition to jetting all of our garden drains. We would definitely recommend PJB for any drainage related issues.
